Welcome my name is Willis McCoy Jr. and i am the founder of this blog;The Online Poker Syndicate.The Syndicate is basicly a current group of three online poker players.Myself Willis a.k.a (SR8tAcEto5),my man Jay B (JSB1976) and our high stakes Mtt man John a.k.a the "God Father Italiano"(REALBIGNUTZ1)and we all play on Stars. First let me sort of guide you to the way i met these two guys;And how we eventually hooked up to start this soon to be successful group of players.
Well i have been playing poker now for about 2 years;But i have just recently begun to take the game seriously. I really decided that i would try doing this for serious income in January of 2007.I was playing on Bodog and won a $100 buy-in sit-n-go tourney 10 man.1st place was $500 and i won;"Right after starting with the $20 i deposited onto the site.
At the time i didn't really know anything about bankroll management are keeping records of your play ect.So i just set out to play in the $20 sng's tourneys on Bodog.I would eventually go broke ofcourse,jumping in and out and taking shots at bigger buy-ins.I knew this was not very good money management;"Well i know now anyways. But while playing a $20 sng i kept on seeing this guy called JB1976,and he was hitting as many $20 sng's as i was.
So as time will have it,me and this JB1976 guy ended up in a few HU finals on bodog. At the time i think i probobly had a small edge on him game wise;But after i saw him again at a table it was a different story. Nowadays JB1976 has come into his own poker wise,and it seems that we have been friends ever since then.
We are learning this poker thing together;Sharing ideas and hands which is only making our games better.JB1976 on Bodog and JSB1976 on PokerStars;"Lookout for this name in the near future in the big Mtt's.
Now the most successful player out of all of us,is no doubt REALBIGNUTZ from Dise. I met this guy on Myspace after winning a $530 entry to the Poker Stars Sunday Millions."By the way i should have never played in that tourney";I was not ready but i though i was! Nutz is one of the high$$$ players from Paridise poker who took a break from online play,when Dise shut thier doors to US players.
I have become real good friends with him and JB and we have formed this group.The name Online Poker Syndicate just sounds like a conspiricy are somthing.So i guess we are conspiring to take over the tournament world. Big dreams by a long shot,but the goal here is to make money and lot's of it.
I guess the preamble he is to be a great player;And base our results on sample size and long term results.I will be adding alot of liks and info to this blog;So feel free to check in every two days are so. I will be posting individual results as well a group Mtt results also!
